Workshops Only Program
WOP consists of only workshops (classes). There are no physical sessions included within this program. It is for those that just want to take in relative information about daily health staples that will contribute to optimal health and overall performance.
They touch on the relationship(s) that the body has with sugars, calories, carbohydrates, electrolytes, blood pressure, cholesterol and more. Workshops are moderated by Master Trainers, Nutritionists and Doctors.
You may register for WOP from 2-8 classes. Each class is roughly an hour. Inquire within for scheduling. Additionally, WOP is available to come to your workplace, church, institution or your living room! Inquire within for details and scheduling. *At this time, WOP is only virtual.
